7000 Flights Interrupted and 33 FT Flood in Lampasas TX

VIDEO: 7000 plus Flights Interrupted, 33 FT Flood at Lampasas River

Last year, God spoke to the Body of Christ when a record number of planes crashed in bizarre ways. Following the 4th of July tragedy, flights were canceled from Denver to New York and as far south as Florida due to weather. According to Kevin Derby’s article on an aviation website on July 9th, more than seven thousand flights were canceled or delayed.

On July 12, airlines scrubbed over 2,000 flights, with the New York City, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia airports being the most heavily affected. Many of the plane crashes mentioned in last year's Living Word “Special Reports” were from these areas. What does this mean?

  • Airplane Flights: moving through the air is operating in the spirit. A plane is a ministry. Operating in the Holy Spirit within a ministry

  • 7000: The number 1000 is linked to the rule of Jesus, who will return to rule and reign for 1000 years. Seven is perfection and completion in the physical.

  • 2000: Two represents multiplication.

Many Christians will find that their church is losing the flow of the Holy Spirit, which means they are no longer able to operate in the Spirit. Christians may feel stuck, like the passengers all across America, unable to move forward. This disruption paved the way that led to the next event in the path of the 2024 eclipse.

On July 13, 2025, the Lampasas River rose an unprecedented 33 feet in Kempner, Texas. Kempner is just north of the intersection of the 2023 and 2024 eclipses, in the middle of the path of the 2024 eclipse. Because the 2024 eclipse represents the Witness of the Second Coming, every fact surrounding this event confirms what God has been saying concerning this Witness.

A flood represents a strong correction that righteousness will overcome, as Noah was the only righteous man, so he and his family were saved from the flood. Why does strong correction come?

You carry away [these disobedient people] as with a flood… For we are consumed by Your anger, and by Your wrath are we troubled, overwhelmed, and frightened away. Our iniquities, our secret heart and its sins [which we would so like to conceal even from ourselves], You have set in the [revealing] light of Your countenance. (Psalms 90:5-8 AMPC)

God’s anger against those who refuse to turn from sin is likened to a flood. His wrath is coming upon those who are continually disobedient to God’s ways! Before Jesus returns, God will pour out the vials or bowls of wrath. Many Christians believe that they will never experience the wrath of God because of this verse:

For God has not appointed us to [incur His] wrath [He did not select us to condemn us], but [that we might] obtain [His] salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah)... (1 Thessalonians 5:9 ESV)

The Greek word tithēmi (tith'-ay-mee) means to make or ordain. In other words, God didn’t create us just so He could punish us with His wrath. He made us so we could have a relationship with Him through Jesus. The New Testament confirms that some Christians will experience the wrath of God:

He will render to each one according to his works: to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life; but for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury… (Romans 2:6-8 ESV Strong’s)

If you think that saying a single prayer will keep you from experiencing the wrath of God, perhaps consider this verse. Devoting ourselves to Jesus as our Lord brings salvation from Hell, but it doesn’t mean we can continue in sin, ignoring God’s ways. There will be consequences for those who do not leave sin behind but instead continue in unrighteousness.

Even though God’s wrath is coming, He is loving and kind. When He sent His Son the first time, He also sent a witness to prepare Israel to receive Him. He has now sent a Witness of the Second Coming to prepare His children so that they can avoid the bowls of wrath.

The facts surrounding this flood passing through the 2nd Witness Eclipse of 2024 will confirm previously revealed information about this Witness.

Facts:

  1. The river rose 33 feet in 5 hours

  2. July 13

  3. Kempner

  4. Lampasas River

  1. 33 Feet in 5 Hours

A flooding river represents overcoming sin to avoid wrath. The Lampasas River rose 33 feet in five hours. These two numbers will help us understand what God is saying.

Five is God’s grace. The Witness of the Second Coming is an expression of God’s grace, as their job is to help prepare His people for what is to come. Thirty-three has two meanings that apply:

A. Fulfillment of God's promises and our covenant with Him.

  • Jesus was 33 years old when He submitted to God’s will, dying on the cross, creating a covenant for all mankind.

The word Testament means agreement, covenant. The New Testament is about our covenant with God through Jesus. When we accept Jesus as our Lord, we are entering into an agreement with Him. He shed His blood to pay for our sins; that is His part. Do you know what your part of that agreement is?

The job of the Witness of the Second Coming is to remind the Body of Christ about their part of the covenant. We should be turning away from sin!

B. God speaking to a person with a promise.

  • The 33rd time God says Noah’s name, He promises never to flood the world, and assigns the rainbow as a symbol of that promise. (Genesis 9:11-15)

  • The 33rd time God says Abraham’s name, the child of promise is born. (Genesis 21:1-2)

  • The 33rd time Jacob's name is found in scripture, he promised to give a tenth of all he had to God when he had a vision of a ladder reaching to Heaven with the Lord reaffirming the promise to Abraham. (Genesis 28:10-22).

Thirty-three is linked to God speaking to people, connected to a promise. Noah, Abraham, and Jacob all heard God speak about a promise, either audibly or in a vision, connected to the number 33. The Witness of the Second Coming has been called by God, audibly speaking, a promise to them.

Everything about the number thirty-three speaks about the Witness who was called by hearing the audible voice of God and would remind God’s people of their covenant responsibilities: turning away from sin!

2. July 13

The number thirteen means rebellion and lawlessness, and the consequences of sins poured out or avoided. The interpretation of the number thirteen has interesting connections when we examine the facts surrounding the reason for it.

God’s people attended a laborious week-long party thrown by King Ahasuerus; they ate food served off the temple plates and drank from the cups from the destroyed temple in Jerusalem. Because they disregarded the Holy things of God, Haman was able to come against them:

Then the king's scribes were summoned on the thirteenth day of the first month, and an edict, according to all that Haman commanded…. Letters were sent by couriers to all the king's provinces with instructions to destroy, to kill, and to annihilate all Jews, young and old, women and children, in one day, the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month of Adar, and to plunder their goods.(Esther 3:12-13 ESV)

Haman the Agagite had a decree signed on the 13th day of the first month that on the 13th day of the 12th month, all Jews in the Persian Empire were to be killed. This was God’s wrath towards His people for those sins.

Esther and Mortecai had abstained from that party and tried to keep others from going, to no avail. They would have to intercede for God’s people so that the consequences for their sins could be avoided. Esther and Mordecai are a foreshadowing of two people who will put their own lives at risk to help save God’s people from His wrath!

3. Kempner

Keppner is the town that flooded in a matter of hours. Kempner comes from the Middle English word "kempe," which meant "fight" or "champion." The "-er" suffix is an agent suffix, indicating someone who performs the action. Therefore, Kempner could refer to a champion in fighting sports like jousting or wrestling.

Jousting is a medieval sports contest in which two opponents on horseback fight with lances, or long pointed wooden poles.

  • Horse: power

  • Lance: a pointed attack that is far-reaching.

The Witness of the Second Coming will operate in the power of God with pointed or precise attacks, pointing out sin.

Lampasas River is named after a city in Mexico, Lampazas, known for the beauty of seven springs, because it too has seven beautiful springs. There are seven aspects of the Holy Spirit:

And the Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD. And his delight shall be in the fear of the LORD. He shall not judge by what his eyes see, or decide disputes by what his ears hear, but with righteousness he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; (Isaiah 11:2-4 ESV)

The seven aspects of the Holy Spirit can be seen in Isaiah and confirmed in Revelation: Wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, fear or awe of God, and delight in worshiping God. Jesus compares the Holy Spirit to a spring when talking with the Samaritan woman:

Jesus said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” (John 4:13-14 ESV)

Jesus refers to the Holy Spirit as a spring of water, Whom we receive when we take Jesus as Lord. The Samaritan woman evangelized so profoundly about Jesus that she was as famous and instrumental in spreading the Gospel as the disciples! Though historically the Samaritan was well known, she wasn’t mentioned much in the New Testament.

The Witness of the Second Coming will be operating in the power of the Holy Spirit, as the churches operating outside of God’s ways begin to lose the ability to move in the Spirit, as seen by the canceled and delayed flights. The Samaritan woman to whom Jesus spoke about the Holy Spirit being a spring was largely unrecognized in the New Testament documentation of the first church. Is it possible that this witness may be a woman? Will the churches across the world accept a woman as one of the Witnesses?

Back to the signs: Two of the springs around Lampasas, a town that is named after the river, produce more than 3,000,000 gallons of water daily! Because of the springs, many spas were created and drew people from all over the world. One still remains today: the Star Hotel.

  • Two Springs: Two Witnesses through whom the Holy Spirit will flow

  • 3 Million: Three is perfection and completion in the spirit. Million refers to all of mankind.

  • Hotel: a temporary place where people reside

This connects Lampasas to the Two Witnesses through whom the Holy Spirit will flow to help bring perfection and completion in the spirit to the Body of Christ. Because Star is linked to Hotel, it cannot refer to an angel, unless there is angelic assistance residing with the Witness of the Second Coming. Perhaps in a place called “Star,” where people come to stay for a time to be healed and set free.

One of the first settlers of Lampasas County was Moses Hughes and his family, who built a mill on the north bank of Sulphur Creek. Moses’ ailing wife Hanna was believed to be cured by the spring, and word spread. The first power plant was established at Hughes Mill in 1890.

  • Moses Hughes: Hughes means son of Hugh, which means spirit, mind, and heart. Moses Hughes means operating in the spirit and heart, meaning the mantle of Moses.

  • Hanna: favor or grace

  • Sulfur Creek: a creek is an obstacle to overcome. Sulfur is identified as demonic. Overcoming demonic obstacles.

  • Mill: produces lumber and paper. Metaphorically, these represent teachings from leaders because trees are men and wood comes from trees.

  • Power Plant: A power plant produces electricity and light. Jesus is light, and the power of the Holy Spirit is electricity.

When we put this all together, we get this: The Witness of the Second Coming will operate in the mantle of Moses to help God’s children overcome the attacks of Satan by God’s grace through Jesus. The Witness will have teachings that will bring understanding so that God’s people can be connected more deeply to Jesus, who brings light and the power of the Holy Spirit into their lives.

This is exactly what was said about the Witness of the Second Coming in prior messages for several years! Just as word spread about Lampasas because of the healing of Hanna, so will word spread about this Witness as people are set free!

Everything connected to this flood speaks of God’s grace and mercy as He has sent and empowered the Witness of the Second Coming to prepare His children for the season that is upon us, that none will perish, just as none perished with this flood!

The links to the prior messages where the Witness of the Second Coming was mentioned with these facts have all been placed into a free class at the Living Word: link in the description. I do hope you will keep an open mind and look at scriptures to see what God is doing!
